Swordfish is one of Hawaii's best kept secrets and this spring, fishermen are reeling them in.

Fresh swordfish is often under-appreciated and under-utilized in Hawaii compared to local favorites such as ahi, opah or marlin. The Hawaii Longline Fishery provides 50-60% of the swordfish in the country and local fishermen believe swordfish has a place at your table.
